I ordered this along with other items 3 months ago and everything was received other than this because it was backordered. I called and cancelled the item because I needed it for a job at that time. No refund was issued. 3 months later, it showed up on my doorstep. I called again to return the item for a refund and I spoke with someone about the situation and they said they would have someone call me back to set up a return. Days later, no phone call or email. Poor customer service!!

Good wire at a much better price than most

This stuff is legit 1/0 and still very flexible. Will I have been very impressed with all the wiring I have gotten from NVX. I will be using them going forward for sure.
